'BEA' is the debut album from Bristol based instrumental quartet Spindle Ensemble.

Spindle Ensemble are a neo-impressionist chamber quartet performing original compositions by composer and pianist Daniel Inzani. They are Bristol based and formed in 2016 as a part of the experimental music collective ‘Bloom‘.

The striking cover art for Bea was created by Australian illustrator Anna Higgie.

Bea was recorded with engineer Michael Pearce in a converted village chapel named 'Grand Chapel Studios', Michael beautifully captured a stereo image of their sound live. Spindle Ensemble named the album Bea after Jo's recently born daughter to mark the birth of the band.
